 1.  In a large bowl, mix gram flour, onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt and cumin.

 2.  Add water little by little, not too thin or too thick.

 3.  When the oil is hot in the pan, add the batter by spoonfuls.

 4.  If one side turns red, flip it, if both sides are fried well, take it down.

 3 medium potatoes (boiled)


 1 onion chopped


 2 green chillies chopped


 1 teaspoon chopped coriander leaves


 Half a teaspoon of salt


 1 egg


 1 cup breadcrumbs or biscuit powder
